Reba Weiss

Sole Practitioner
Seattle, Washington

I was born and raised on the East Coast though I have lived and practiced law in Seattle since 1982.   I went to college at UC Berkeley and decided the West Coast was where I belonged.  I traveled north to Eugene, Oregon where I went to the U of O School of Law. Once I graduated law school, I moved to Seattle and began working for the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office as a deputy prosecutor.  This is where I appeared in court on an almost daily basis and learned not to fear the courtroom.  In 1992, I began working in the employment law field representing employees in discrimination and wrongful termination cases.  I enjoy working with people and helping them recover from losing a job due to unlawful discrimination.  I get a lot of satisfaction from helping people recoup their lost wages and damages for the emotional distress they suffered due to illegal harassment or termination.  I am blind in one eye and I have a special affinity for working with people living with disabilities.

I have two lovely children as well as an old and cranky cat.  I enjoy cooking and baking, taking long walks, traveling and, of course, spending time with friends and family.
